God said in Isaiah 49:6 that it is "too small a thing" for His people to be focussed solely on building up their own community but that He wanted them to take His "salvation to the ends of the earth." Jesus said to His followers in Acts 1:8 " you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you and you will be my witnesses, telling people about me everywhere—in Jerusalem, throughout Judea, in Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” icc is keen to embrace this global vision and is already involved in projects in India and Kenya.
